Karen Byrnes, Ph.D., M.P.P.
Karen has designed, scaled, and assessed strategic initiatives for private, non-profit, and public sector entities in sub-Saharan Africa, the Americas, India, and Europe. Her expertise spans multiple institutions including the United States Department of State, United States Agency for International Development, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, TOMS Shoes, and the University of Southern California.
Rhodri Dierst-Davies, Ph.D., M.P.H.
Rhodri is a behavioral epidemiologist with extensive experience in research and program evaluation. Currently he serves as the Director of the California HIV/AIDS Research Program, a grants funding agency through the University of California system. He has extensive experience managing research and evaluation projects with federal agencies such as the CDC, USAID, DoD, and FEMA in both domestic and international settings.
